I've watched some videos. Even if the co-op part of it is meh, it's enough Fallout to keep me interested.

I thought it was kind of cool running into some of the WV lore creatures. Mothman freaked me the frick out, i was in the dark playing, and not paying attention, and then i look up and some thing with big eyes is in the distance staring at me. I'm like, run, run run, run mf run.

I hope Jesco White is in the game.
Edt: When I was still in school we used to watch The Dancing Outlaw every Sunday. It was our rest day for going out Tuesday thru Saturday.

Seems like movement, combat, and sound is a bit more refined over Fallout 4. Like shooting and melee actually feel good.

i thought it was clunky in last beta play.

Clucky is relative.
You mean to most modern shooters or Fallout games?
Any improvement with shooting mechanics would be an improvement.

4 was a big improvement from 3 and NV as well.
Bethesda had to create their own gun combat, so it's never going to really be comparable to your more typical shooters.

FO3 and NV it didn't bother me. Mainly because the game felt like a focused RPG. FO4 some of the situation you got into pissed me off.

Man, I don't know. When I got my laptop, I tinkered with 3 and NV and I definitely missed the gun play of 4

You are probably right.
I was a VATS guy in 3 and NV. FO4 at less gave me a chance to shoot on my own before falling back on VATS.
But, also played FO3 on the PS3. Being a PC gamer i'm not the best with twin sticks. I had to use VATS.

This game is sort of a mix between rust and fallout.
You have to find items and get blueprints to use them, especially for bases. I tried to build some stuff, and it didn't allow you to scrap cars and the lot, like fallout 4 did.
And with pvp and being able to come in and steal some one base, has the rust feel

What's the point of a base? Do you have to base build?

really isn't
And Bethesda has basically come out and said this game will be bugged the hell out. And thank you for buying.
Heard a rant, and guy was right, w/o modders, Bethesda games would be garbage. Modders have to fix their broken games, game by game.
They said switch skyrim, SE skyrim, still had same bugs as original skyrim. Talk about garbage. That's not even remotely acceptable.

Yeah. This will be a pass for me

What Bethesda game isn't?
Tbh mods make Bethesda games playable. Well they make the experience less annoying.
Sucks at launch the community won't be able to fix their broken arse game.

As I have said in every other 76 thread, this will be a sale game for me, no human NPCs and base building is worthless. I am sure it will be fun but nothing about it gets me excited.

This just isn't true at all. I've played FO3, NV, and 4 without mods and enjoyed them. The only problems I've had is getting stuck in the loading screens in NV.

Still have that issue with NV.

It holds some truth.
I can make a strong argument that Bethesda games are just above average without mods.
Edt: NV might be an exception. I'll give it that. For most on PC Skyrim and FO4 are about mods. Modding was more fun that the actually game.
