Why need more Gardokis to push back the front of Nintendo fanboys.
I report Nintendo tomfoolery to gardoki, he gives me material, I report back.

I platted AC2 and had planned on jumping right into Brotherhood but decided to take a AC break. Each time I go back it's hard to get going. General consensus is it's a better version of 2 but I'm having a hard time getting into it.
I do not like Brotherhood as much. You only get one city. Granted, Rome is much larger than any city in the previous two games and has visually distinct districts, but I and II felt like they had a grander scope.
Graphics are better than 2, but I do not like the changes to Ezio's costume. He looks like an Elvis impersonator.
The story is goofy and the gameplay doesn't feel all that different from 2. It should be played through because it is the conclusion of the story from II.
Revelations is a straight copy/paste from Brotherhood but it does have a better story.
Black Flag is probably the peak of the series. The story isn't as good as 2 though, but I think it has better characters.
Syndicate is a good game. The story is just as awful as Unity. They really had no clue where to take the franchise after 3 and after catching lightning in a bottle with Black Flag (whose overarching story wasn't that great/important either), they really struggled forming a cohesive narrative for the next games (Rogue aside). I could go on and on about how it really feels like the next-gen AC games were written by a completely different group of people.
The gameplay in Syndicate is good. It's probably the most streamlined AC since Brotherhood and the setting is really fun to explore.

I can't list everything I have ran through many times.
However, I still find myself wanting to play Star Craft Brood War expansion Campaigns. I loved that game. We would play on battle net, we would play against each other and with... but I still value my time spent playing the one player campaigns on a good rainy day as a teenager.

You haven't played any Halo campaigns multiple times? Halo is the best game series out there imo.
Btw I don't get the hate for Reach's campaign, I thought it was pretty damn good.

DoUrden: Dark Souls
Just do it. Its far deeper and far more rewarding than just about any game experience I've had. I grew up with Zork and King's Quest. Loved Quake, Half-Life, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl. I've played the original Witcher before Witcher 2 was a thing and loved it.
Just go get Dark Souls and play it. It will give you a whole new hope in gaming and you'll likely play through it 10 times once you 'get it' - of course...Prepare to Die

Halo is a non-pc game.
Dark Souls, I own 1 and 2 and can't play 1 because....wait for it....no keybinding.

Holy shite this thread made it to page 2 with no mention of the Gears of War franchise.
This is the gaming board right?
