Same problem pubg was having and still kind of is.

Their first competitive tourney they gave no points for kills, so dudes just camp their arse off all game. Now you get a decent amount of points for kills, but it's still mostly all about placement

When I typically run duos, I talk with the person and see if we want to a) both be aggressive or b) one be aggressive and one be supportive. Never defensive and never passive aggressive. Both require luck with bloom and I don't like it.

Either way, unless both people are equally skilled and are able to handle a 1v2 at all times, there should be a leader and a support.

All that I ask of any partner is to at least try as hard as you can and not stand on the ground and hope stuff happens. Be wary of the situation.

Nothing irritates me the most like when I push aggressively and my partner is trying snipe, loot, or post up on the ground and hope to shoot someone and not get shot.

Oh the dreaded ground shooters... I hate them, I try to be on the ground as little as possible unless I have a strategy going

(A friend and I have a shell game strategy in a fight where we both start building but I'll drop back to the ground (usually with C4, rockets or a GL), and flank them)

A friend and I play pretty much most nights around 8pm to 10pm central on Xbox. We usually get between 1 and 4 wins each night, I don't know if that is average or below average for people on here but if anyone wants to add me to play sometime my got is

I wish I averaged that. But to be fair, since I've gotten into the game heavily over the last few weeks I've focused more on landing in crowded areas and improving over wins.
