This game was my early childhood. NCAA 05 was so much fun. Can’t tell you how many fights me and my brother would have playing this shite. I really hope they just don’t regurgitate madden. No gameplay is kind of weird. That’s what everyone cares about

I got my start with Bill Walsh College Football (I think) on the Genesis. Tore shite up with Kordell Stewart at Colorado.

After that my next version was NCAA 01 and Gamebreaker 01 both on PS1. The games played completely different and each had their strengths. Enjoyed the shite out of both.

Didn't play a Ps2 version of the game until first year away at college. my roommate had NCAA 04 and we had some crazy joint dynasty files. We'd take turns with the file and always made sure to have each other on the schedule at the end of the season. Many a weekend were completely wasted with this dynasty. That's probably my favorite memory with the series.

After that I got a ps2 and then a ps3 and bought the game every year. Each summer I mailed my memory card to some dude who would load it up with the roster and he sent it back to me.

Still no videos or photos of actual gameplay. Color me skeptical.

It wouldn’t be hard to just put a two second video or a few photos out of just one team or stadium.

Really is pretty odd. You'd think they'd have at least done a modest amount of work on this over the past decade and be able to show some sort of trailer.

I think I would probably play 2 games a season in Dynasty and spent all my time recruiting

Lol that’s awesome. Did things a little different back in the day. Kids these days are lucky they don’t have the burden of transporting memory cards

A game coming out in 4-5 months and not an ounce of gameplay shown in the teaser

I would assume that gameplay will be in the full reveal in May

They are going to put out a broken dump of a game.

I wont have much interest in this game if the gameplay is as shitty and scripted as Madden and considering it's modern day EA then the whole focus is gonna be on Ultimate Team and how much money they can soak out of people in that.

It probably will be. I remember starting to love interest when it took an hour to recruit between games.

Once I allowed the computer to schedule the visits for me and just started recruiting 4 or 5 weeks out of the year instead of every week, that helped streamline things a lot.

At the inevitable quality we’re going to get from EA?

I expect this game is going to disappoint of lot of people.

I gave up on Madden/NCAA a long, long time ago. Those days of whooping your friends arse in the early 00's are gone unfortunately.

Newer system it'll take a few seconds to simulate a week. Recruiting should be even more fun, and big part of building small programs up.

If they add some layers to dynasty, and make stadiums, jerseys customizable, + whatever transfer and nil looks like... they could take same ncaa 14 game play, on a faster system and it would kickass

hadn't even thought of this but this might be the thing I'm most excited about. Previous editions of the game would take FOREVER to go from week to week. If Madden is any indication it'll be lightning fast on current gen

Guaranteed it will be cloud-based and lightning-fast. Can we start collecting names for a TD league?

I would say drop my name but I doubt they’ll have crossplay already for 25 and I have an Xbox Series X

And I don’t really get the sentiment that this will be a Madden reskin, the CFB games have always felt different than the Madden ones, down to the programmer teams assigned for each game

+

Madden gameplay has been quietly improving as of late (sure the Xfactor is corny) but the core of it is enjoyable to play, that never gets acknowledged though
