does anyone actively play FPS games on both PC and console ?

I've never been much of an FPS kind of guy. I played Halo 2 on xbox back in the day but never played cod or any other fps. I ended up getting COD:AW during the steam sale and have been playing the shite out of it. I picked up Halo:MCC today and am horrified by how playing fps feels using a controller (feels slow and Im garbage on the sticks)
is this something I can adjust and learn to tolerate over time or will I forever be confined to playing FPS on PC ?

I had to learn to play a fps on console for destiny. You get used to it. It's still not as precise but I'm used to it now.

It only takes a few games for me to adjust going back and fourth. Isn't something that takes a month to get used to. That mouse for FPS is a serious head shot game changer. fricking love it.

Used to FPS on the computer, then slowly transformed to console after my computer became outdated and broken.
Like previously stated, it won't ever be as pin point accurate with a mouse, but you should pick it up shortly.
My main complaint about Console is all the fricking kids with microphones. Seemed to be a lot less on PC.

If a FPS is designed around a console like Call of Duty, I can play it on console.
A PC FPS like CS:GO, I find vastly superior though. I prefer having mechanics like recoil which can't really exist on consoles and be fun.

CS:Go has ruined me. I've been playing cs for years but GO is so addicting it's unreal. My personal preference is mouse and keyboard over a controller.
I probably won't buy another console till I have kids and they want one.

Well, Halo is not a fast FPS, so it was going to feel slow no matter what control method you have.

It's one of those fps games that you will want to go back to over and over and over again.
Match making will be the most fun imo, but if you don't play first person shooters often then stick with another game type when you start.

I grew up exclusively playing PC (except for Nintendo consoles), and all of my experience in FPS is on PC. I have found it near impossible to use a controller for FPS now. The biggest barrier is probably my patience though.

Yeah. The servers have been crap lately. I mainly play battlefield or Arma with my friends.
