Do the Uncharted games get better?

I'm 90% done with Drake's Fortune (the 1st) and it looks like I'll be done in sub-5 hours. I'm not rushing at all, either. I'm not looking for all the treasure and shite, but I'm not blazing through it in any way. It just seems like a shittier Tomb Raider. A corridor shooter with nice window dressing and adventure elements.

Finish the collection. The jump from the first one to the second is massive. Uncharted 2 is where the series really took off and is by far the best out of all of them.

Yea, the first Uncharted is 6 years older than Tombraider. Keep that in mind.

I was digging the story but the combat just gets stale. Never finished any of them. I did enjoy and finish tomb raider though.

I couldn't even get past the first one. I played for like two hours and couldn't get over how shitty it was.

I believe so. A good friend of mine told me to keep going and that I was almost done and I told him I couldn't stand walking in a straight line anymore and continually complete puzzles made for a fifth grader.

They are all pretty much the same and very short too. I finished all three games in a couple of weeks.

I thought Uncharted 1 was mediocre and Uncharted 2 is one of the best games I've ever played, if that tells you anything.
