I'm only a 6, and it's definitely a fun game. I've just had to accept that it's not going to be as good as BL2 was for me. I won't be playing this one through dozens of times I don't think.

Its a fun game but who is overrating it? Nobody is saying its the greatest gift to mankind.

Maybe not as clever of writing, but this is basically what BL2 was with more guns. Similarly to Halo, every formula ages at some point. I’m still having a blast and I’m at lv 17 now.

I agree. I am loving playing as FL4K because he is Nonbinary. They/Them has great skill tree options for solo players.

7 more months until release. I would say I can't wait, but with DOOM Eternal and The Halo MCC on the horizon I can.

hit lvl 11 yesterday. I haven't played more than an hour in one sitting yet.. My overall thoughts are its a lot of fun, per usual. So many guns, to the point its overwhelming 
menu is definitely clunky, and still haven't figured out how to fast travel quickly
Im using FL4K as well this first playthrough, and his slag beast + radiation rage thingy is amazing

So I ended up going Amara and I like it. the ability to destroy shields with her special is pretty useful in large group battles. I'm level 15...enjoying it so far. My only complaint is the loot is not as good as BL2..but to be expected BL2>BL3 so far. I do like the new controls, being able to slide and pulling yourself on top of objects deems extremely useful.
Does anyone know why they did away with the badarse tokens for skills upgrades and now to upgrade your characters general skills you must complete the game first. Kinda chicken chit to me..but nothing I can do about it but beat the game I guess.

It’s a fun game. It’s not even close to BL2 for me though.
I spent most of the day Sunday nursing a hangover so I played for quite a while. The story is alright, but the loot is everywhere. I get tired of traveling back to sell the shite off, so I find myself leaving about half of it behind most of the time.

So they actually fixed this issue. Not sure if you know about 'Lost Loot' but it is available in sanctuary and picks up missed or lost items so don't sweat it. You can also upgrade its compacity to hold more. Also, you can sell things at any ammo/health vending machine that are placed throughout the map. So you shouldn't have to travel THAT much.
