I also fully acknowledge that may be just because I was younger when KH2 came out so it holds a greater point of nostalgia.
Ocarina of Time and Assassin's Creed III deserve some mention as well. It's honestly ridiculously hard to rank them.

If you mean intro menu then Dark Souls, the melody is sort of peaceful and inviting but in a haunting, mysterious way. Perfectly puts you in the mood for an amazing journey.
