I looked up the main quest walkthrough and saw that I'm still only halfway through the story and already at level 28 lol. I have a feeling I will be way too overpowered for the rest of the game.

One of my best friends picked it up about 6 months post-launch on ps4, and he really enjoyed it.

I went with netrunning in my original playthrough and by the end I was so OP I rarely ever had to fire a single shot.

It’s honestly been a lot of fun for a while now. But yeah, if you haven’t started a playthrough yet, no reason not to wait at this point.

I beat the game basically over June through yesterday in the worry my pc won’t handle the update all that well. I bought the game at launch and only got through ‘The Relic’ achievement in December 2020.
But yeah specs are 1440p, i5-9600K, RTX 2070 and 16GB DDR4.

I could be wrong, but I think you would be just fine at 1440p, medium settings, DLSS set to Quality.

I'm at level 50/street cred 50 and have been running through each neighborhood trying to clear out all of the gigs and NCPD scanner missions for the trophies. It's ridiculously easy at this point while also using the Ashura smart sniper rifle.

So bleak. There are Easter eggs in the game.

I had already “finished” my playthrough by time ER was released, so I intentionally avoided that update until after I watched it. Being we are so close to 2.0 and PL at this point, I’ll likely jump back in at the end of the month.
And as for it being bleak, I get why people said that ER was more “cyberpunk” than CP2077. I completely agree.

I think that's the majority of the opinion. I finally bought it, along with the expansion, for $55 in July I think? I was very pleased when I finished the main mission about three-four weeks ago. The game set my graphics settings too high, I think Ultra, and I did have to back it down one level (AMD 5600X, RX580+, 64GB DDR4,) but didn't notice a difference.
I greatly dislike driving in the game, though. There were a few crashes to desktop during my playthrough, and I did have to reload saves to clear glitches that made missions un-completable, but I only remember that happening twice. I am a WeMod user, because I suck at games, which might have contributed to the problem.
