2K games announces PGA Tour 2K21

I’m super excited for this, I just know it’s gonna be micro transaction heavy knowing 2K games. Still should be a lot better than EAs Rory Golf game.

I’m pretty sure it’s from the same people that make The Golf Club. Hopefully they’ll have way more courses and Pros. Having the 2K name gives them more branding power and will sell more games for them.

TGC2019 is a fantastic game, its more of a simulator and some of the user designed courses are amazing. Has a great online community especially with TGC Tours.
I'm hoping 2K doesn't turn it into a microtransaction piece of a garbage.

I am very excited for this game. I still play the last Rory Mcilroy PGA Tour game. There’s a lot I like about it, just sucks that they didn’t have the rights to Augusta. I think with the interest in golf right now and the numerous young stars on tour, there could be a great market for this game if they do it right. Hopefully they have more pros/courses than the most recent golf games.

You don’t read good do you. HB Studios is making the game. 2k is publishing. 2k will get in some micro transactions because having licensed shite will make it easy to. But it should still be a great game and now HB will have a bigger budget as well

Just purchased TGC2019 two weeks ago and it is amazing. I still suck at it, but it is amazing.

I think one of the coolest features of this game is TGCTours. The ability to face off against real players and be flighted against people that suck like I do, makes it entertaining. If I had to play against guys that were shooting 52, i'd probably never pick it up.

One of my friends sisters works for the PGA tour, and apparently 2K21 is gonna have a ton of courses and different licensing. Sadly no Augusta National though, and apparently Rory will be on the cover.
