I didn’t yell. I used words in a calm manner to express my disbelief that they wanted me to pay $.25 for BBQ sauce. Then asked for my card back because I was going to bring my business elsewhere. Then she said, “don’t worry about it, I’ll give it to you”.
It was actually pretty easy and didn’t require me being an arse.
