2. alaskan snow crab when im in alaska
3. halibut or tuna
4. cochon de lait
5. prosciutto

5. Turkey Necks (Best gravy ever)

4. Whole chicken (Makes so many traditional dishes)

3. Rump roast (mainly for jerky)

2. NY Strip (Kinda lean like sirloin but still full of flavor like a ribeye)

1. Boston butt (Endless sausage making possibilities, makes a good ham when cured, pulled pork, sliced pork roast, and it goes on)
