Fantastic. Go away from traditional steak house cuts and focus instead on the skirt or flank or flap if they have it.

Start with provoleta and a pisco sour. Get some fries and a malbec to round it out. If you go with 4 or more, do the dinner deal, but be prepared for an onslaught of food.

This!
I love the place. The steaks are awesome and not as pricey as a traditional steak house.Love the sauces and sides.

Great wines at a great price and alot of them can be purchased by the half bottle.

Hands down, my favorite restaurant in NOLA. Try the Proveletta and their house made chorizo. AH...MA...ZING!!! I opt for the Flank steak when i go, but all their cuts are delicious.

My favorite restaurant in Nola, it's a relaxed atmosphere.

Start with the provaletta or morsilla, get the skirt steak, fries, and anything with dulce leche for dessert. Great food, good service, and reasonably priced. What's not to love?

I second the group meal if you have 4 or more.

PERFECT amount of food, and you get to try about 15 different menu items.

Love it. I have a long review if you search.

We did the dinner for four plus one appetizer. Love the meat.

Is it a place that requires reservations?

Great place. Good wines with reasonable prices. Go with the skirt, flank or flap as mentioned previously. My fiancée and I typically split the Gaucho plate, skirt or flank, fries and asparagus. We leave miserably, blissfully stuffed.

Now I'm craving La Boca.

My favorite steak in NOLA

Skirt steak. Brussel sprouts. Salad special. Wine. A lot of wine.

Well, our favorite steak in NOLA is Mr. John's but I think we will give La Boca a shot on Saturday.

A very, very good restaurant. Terrific cuts of meat done well.

My only complaint: I used to have a pal who was the main bartender there until Adolfo's weirdo maitre d cousin (or whoever he is . . . cousin makes a good story)pissed him off and he left the place. But when he was there we got food at virtually half price and wine for free if we ate at the bar.

Now that I think about it. Maybe that's why he's not working there anymore.
