you should be fine as long as you use liquid to boil rice after the meat is cooked

Good luck getting a reservation at Girl and the Goat. I tried, Failed! I say any bar in wrigleyville is awesome, as long as the cubs win. I ate at URBANBELLY and it was amazing. They guy also ownes a spot called BELLYSHACK. Korean food at its best IMO. Try going to WILDBERRY on Randolph and Michigan Ave. Great value, Huge Portions, and incredible breakfast food. Go to navy pier and take a architectural tour down the Chicago River. Worth the $35.

Unimpressive. Had the Boudin(not good), Meatballs (the sauce has either mango or passion fruit puree, very off-putting), and the pork chop (pork was good but the dirty rice was soupy and lacked a big flavor punch). I will not go back.

Hands down, my favorite restaurant in NOLA. Try the Proveletta and their house made chorizo. AH...MA...ZING!!! I opt for the Flank steak when i go, but all their cuts are delicious.
