Can be home made or whatever just trying to see some stuff I might not have before

I like the Hardcore Carnivore Red for Pork and the Black for Beef. They both make a really good bark. I also like Meat Church's Holy Voodoo on chicken.

Killers Hogs makes some fine rubs. The TX brisket is great on any smoked beef.

I make my own. This is enough rub for 3 lbs of ribs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 TBS smoked paprika
1 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS mustard powder
1 tsp smoked salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
I cover the ribs with the rub and place the ribs inside of a pouch made from four 18-inch sheets of aluminum foil (2 on bottom, 2 on top). Cook on 280 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours. The rub makes its own BBQ sauce while cooking

I started with Meathead's Memphis Dust years ago and now just make my own to taste:
Brown sugar
White sugar
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Rosemary
Cayenne
Pepper
Salt
Taste along the way and adjust from there.
For brisket I go Texas style though.

Oak ridge BBQ products is what I use. I made my own at first from different recipes but a few years ago I started using their stuff, it’s just easier. Also they have a product called SPOGOS, it’s salt, pepper, onion, garlic and other spices. It also has some dried mushroom powder as well. We use it like a house seasoning. I buy more of it than the rubs.

Y’all will probably not like this post but the rib rub from the shed is the tits. I use it on tri tip and it really flavors well with a 24 hour dry marinade.

Oakridge BBQ is closing down. Get your order in now. Very unfortunate. I like their rubs.
