The Smoking Yard in Idaho Springs Co. Could hang with most of the BBQ joints I have been to in Texas.

The Swallow at the Hollow in Roswell, GA used to be pretty good. Haven't been in 10 years, though.

Ridgewood BBQ- Bluff City TN....the best damn BBQ sandwich, pork or beef, you will ever have. Very distinct taste. And the beans...oh those glorious beans.
