WTF do I do with Lloyds Ribs???

My crazy mother bought three slabs for this weekend. My first reaction is to throw them out and incinerate the bag.
I was thinking fire up the left side of the gas grill to ~250, put the slabs on the right side, and cook all afternoon. Maybe use some mesquite chips or something for smoke.
Other tools at my disposal at the camp:
Blackstone
Campchef
Weber Smokey Joe
Oven
Electric house stove
Microwave
Toaster
Crock pot (3)
Brita
Toilet

aren't those already cooked?
thaw them and throw em on the grill for and hour.
you'll likely throw them in the garbage, but maybe they'll taste halfway edible.

Are they already seasoned or sauced? If not you could make a red gravy with them

The ones I’ve seen are cooked and sauced. Heat them in the oven. Although not the same as grilled ribs yourself, they are not a terrible meal for precooked ribs.

Cooked them down, pull the bones out and throw the leftover meat in some baked beans.

Rinse, smoke, and apply your favorite sauce.

Wash the sauce off them and put them in some beans or greens.

Wipe off as much sauce as you can, rub with your favorite seasoning. Add some good sauce and reheat by grilling on medium heat.
You might be surprised. I’ve never had that brand but I’ve had similar that were more than edible when doctored up.
Edit - didn’t realize they are beef ribs. Never seen them in stores. I’m thinking doctor them up and grill fast.

Center cut beef ribs? Interesting, they looked already cooked , just need to be warmed (boil in bag, microwave, ) then put on the grill for a few minutes, surly it won’t be too bad

You are not alone, I don't know why stores carry that, it would just go out of date unless a hurricane was coming.

Why don't you be a little grateful, read the cooking instructions that came with the ribs and enjoy.

Fried sounds good. If you have the time, take the meet off, and chop it up to make a sandwich.

The instructions just tell you to reheat. They're not good, they haven't been slow cooked very well in the first place. I would've gladly bought some food and made it for the family myself (and taken plenty of time & money to do it).

This. People are so pretentious. They are fine for what they are. Be nice to your mom, tell her thank you, and make a great meal out of it to share with her.

Brilliant. Cook already cooked ribs for several hours and let's see how they turn out.
In seriousness, I'd rinse all sauce off, re-season with my favorite rub, and indirect cook on a hot charcoal grill for maybe 30-45 minutes. Then put the ribs on the direct side for a few minutes a side to get a nice char.
Sauce, and they'll probably be very good.

Everyone saying rinse off the sauce. Is it really that bad??? I mean I’ve done stuff with 99 cent Kraft sauce in a pinch and it’s good enough. Is this really much worse?

It's just sickeningly sweet and would burn easily under high heat. And there's too much of it

Freeze them and use them at a later time and just cook whatever you want this weekend? Or just donate them to a food bank.
Or just cook one rack for her and tell her thanks for the rest - but you wanted to cook XYZ and thought that plus 3 racks would be too much food so you'll use them at a later date or something.
Or do like others in here have said and rinse, season to your liking, and reheat until ~140F on the grill over indirect.
