I've never heard of any of these restaurants.

I'll stick with Chili's :)

I've never been, but read a bit about the Momofuku place. It sounds interesting enough, I suppose. Although, I don't really get it receiving such a lofty inclusion on a list like this.

Is it really a "greater" restaurant than the French Laundry?

Daniel and Per Se. Different, but both excellent.

I've been to:

7) Alinea (Chicago, Illinois)

10) Per Se (New York)

13) Pierre Gagnaire (Paris, France)

29) L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon (Paris, France)

Going to French Laundry in 2 weeks.

32) The French Laundry (Yountville, California)

Been to Chang's Ko, but not 26) Momofuku Ssäm Bar (New York)

Kinda wish I'd tried Boulud at Daniel instead of Per Se, since I am going to be going to experience Keller at TFL.

Enjoyed every one of them. But I enjoyed Treedawg's sauce picante just as much.

That list is garbage. Like Michelin stars, it is biased in favor of European restaurants.

I went to Daniel as well and it was very good. No better than the best in NOLA though IMO.
