No Miracle whip lovers here? My ex-canadian wife (she's american now) swore by that crap when we first got married. Fast forward 22 years and we haven't had any miracle whip in the house since she got her first taste of Blue Plate.

I admit, I don't really care if it's Dukes or Blue Plate. Not Hellamanns though or Kraft whatever it is.

But how could you possibly enjoy a shrimp poboy without it though?

I was once a Hellmann’s guy. Now I’m a Dukes guy. I think it has a better texture.

I tend to buy Duke’s more because it’s good and cheaper than others, but I like them all just fine on a sandwich. And I seriously doubt you “I only eat X brand” people could even tell the difference between the major brands. It’s not that big a deal.

But in certain dishes where the mayo stands out, like cole slaw or bleu cheese dressing, I prefer Hellman’s. Though not having Hellman’s and having to sub Duke’s or Blue Plate is certainly not a deal breaker. Because I’m not a petulant child

Just made some egg salad with DUKE'S mayo, and it was awesome ! Those Easter eggs go for something good every year. Half egg salad, the other half deviled eggs.

There's so much grossness in all that.

You can always make yours with Ketchup.

I agree. The tangy mayo and salty/spicy shrimp together makes the poboy for me.

Great idea. Don’t see how you can eat a burger or dip some fries without it.
