Im talking outside of Louisiana. Always found it interesting that BR was littered with Greek/Lebanese restaurants. Of all places, Baton Rouge, LA.

A quick google search shows multiple restaurants in the Charlotte area that have Shawarma. So not sure if you're just a dumbass or lazy.

where? I agree with him, there's nothing in NOVA/DC that I can find that's even close. Moby Dick is good, but not albasha or serops

I've also had some good shawarma at a place somewhere around San Jose, CA. The name escapes me but it was genie themed if memory serves

Jobin...not the same as the way it is prepared in BR at the restaraunts I listed. In fact, it sucks. Have never found it prepared the way BR does it.

Lots of Lebanese Christians in south LA for some reason. Charles Boustany's grandparents were from Lebanon.

I was ready to pile on, then I looked up the best eastern places in charlotte, and while all have Shwarma, they don't cook the breast on a vertical rotisserie like the local BR shawarma is made.

Local BR shawarma

lot of other places

Yeah, the greeks have a million coney/gyro joints, while the Arabs have shawarma everywhere.

I googled Chicken Shawarma Charlotte and found roughly 6 billion results.

Do you not know how to use the Internet or something?

Every Lebanese place will have it and almost all Greek places will as well.

Napoleon....yes, it sucks. Not even close to Albasha. They will put it on a stick and call it schwerma. Sucks.

According to Yelp, there are 18 places that serve Chicken Shawarma in a 6 miles radius of me, here in Austin.

Hope this helps!
