Fogo in Houston has a huge walk around salad bar with smoked salmon and a selection of soups and veggies. Texas de Brazil's salad bar is stuck in a dark corner of the restaurant with nothing special or noteworthy. imho. People that like Brazilian barbeque joints and salad bars will really like Fogo. I can see the Canal St. location doing really well with the big meat eating, sports loving crowd.

Yes. They walk around with meat on a big sword...you put your card up when you want more...eat...then flip that card up again when the next sword comes along.

i use to love Fogo, but then i discovered korean bbq for my meat sweats
