Whole Pork Bellies on sale at Rouses

I got this weeks store ad and it's showing whole skin on pork bellies for $2.99 a lb.

I remove the skin and prep it to make fried pork skins and season the bellies, let them marinate for a week and then smoke them to make bacon.

I've bought my share of them from Costco over the years and they've not been below $3.99 a lb. at their store, so $1 a lb. off will save me at least $12 or so.

They are also selling whole chickens for $.99 a lb. with a limit of 2. Decent price for a big whole chicken.
