I've never had it, but I've seen it on Chopped several times. It's a small whole chicken with what looks like a lot of gelatin all over it.

Yeah I think it's roasted and then the whole pan is put in the can.

It's definitely not pretty!

I guess you could pick the meat off and put in chicken and dumplings.
What do people use it for?

I cook it every year for thanksgiving
I don’t eat it but I laugh at all the people that do.

I saw people in Dallas take it and throw it in a crock pot. They would use it for tacos. I had it and I didn't think much of it. But then I heard where the meat came from in the taco and died.

How exactly do

Don’t undersnat the need for this. You stick a chicken in the oven at 350 for an hour and have a nice bird for the table.

Or just buy the Sweet Sue Chicken and Dumplings in a can.
It’s made from scratch. Chicken scratch.

This is one I grew up eating and on occasion I still find it and eat it over toast.
I can make it but this just reminds me of being a kid.

If you're really brave you can watch this video. Be warned -- it's entirely not safe for work and one of the most depressing things I've ever seen. He's literally gasping for breath while eating.
