Who sells a good hot sausage poboy in Baton Rouge now?

Anybody make them like the ones we used to get at Joe -Ds on Jefferson Hwy back in the day?

Not their specialty by any stretch, but I always thought Brewbachers had a decent one.

Rocco's on drusilla has a great one. Its the right red color, spicy, and is a patty and not a link. also i think this is the right stuff if you want to make it at home https://www.nolacajun.com/products/patton-hot-sausage-patty

The only one that I know is closed is on Government St. The one on Drusilla and the one on Bluebonnet are still kicking.
