I cast my vote for:
1) Billy's smoked boudin
1A) Kartchners (have only had it from their Krotz Springs store).
If you're just loading up go to both/all of 'em. Not that far apart.
And Kartchners smoked sausage is very good also.

True. You can't go wrong with Billy's or Best Stop. I prefer Best Stop though. I love the boudin from Kartchner's in Krotz Springs. I assume it would be as good at the other location.

The cult of Karchtners on here is laughable. Are they good? Yes. Are the better than Billy’s or Best Stop? No, not even close. And quite frankly, NuNus would probably give them a lot of competition if hey opened a shop next to them.
