You enjoy the breading with a slight catfish taste.

thats how i feel about catfish filets in general.

i promise if you ever have a fresh hot fried whole catfish and pull a nice middle piece out with all that sweet white tender meat you'll never EVER eat a shitty filet again.

I've upvoted your posts because I feel bad for you.

But I like millennials, assuming I know who they are.

I've never seen whole catfish, or any whole fish, on a seafood platter

For me quantity is important when it comes to a fried seafood platter. I mean its friend so for the most part its hard to really frick up too bad. I just want enough variety and food to be able to easily split it.

I really want to be a marathon runner. I want to eat that entire plate. Including the lemon peels.

As a guy who has eaten whole catfish, I will still go the filet route due to experiences choking on small bones.

a whole catfish..with the white meat near the bones..is some of God's greatest culinary creations.

i'm 49 years old and have eaten catfish in probably every fish-selling place in the south.

sorry but filets are just not as good as a whole catfish.

I like some whole fish but I'm not throwing away fileted fish either.
