Always buy a few and cut them into steaks. Did one this week.

Winn-Dixie usually has a sale, like $4.99 a LB

Last year I used the Meat Church recipe and will do the same this year.

Smoked one yesterday. Wife made mashed potatoes and gravy and daughter made homemade Parker House rolls. Fantastic way to kick off Thanksgiving.

I cooked one recently that I had purchased at a big sale a year ago, the last of the four prime ribs I purchased that day. It was delicious! Gotta wrap and seal tight and they'll be fine.

I get a few from Winn Dixie every year. I just found one from 2021. Is that thing toast?
