Smoked sausage split in half and fried in a black iron pot and wrapped in a slice of fresh white bread. Maybe a little mustard, maybe not.

Pretty damn good right there. But I'd have to go with grits w/ hoghead cheese melted in, drop two fried eggs in too, making sure eggs have crispy edges and runny yolks, two JD hot patties and two pieces of buttered toast.
That's my favorite breakfast.
eta: forgot about after-boil crawfish eggs the next morning. Tails, onions, sausage and mushrooms mixed in with some fluffy soft-scrambled eggs is pretty legit
