I missed out on the Maisano's release this time so just got mine (batch 3 barrel strength and 100 proof) over the weekend. I'll crack both soon.

Batch 1 barrel strength won the blind I did with batch 2. I'll definitely run another one with the three barrel strengths. I only had samples of the 100 proofers so can't really compare those.

We're on the same page single. Had a 4R smb select mint julep in between, but was too busy chasing around the kid to document.

Still working on my Mint Julep game, tried a few different bourbons. So far liked one I made with OF 100 proof the best. Will have to try the 4R sMB. Derby is just around the corner.

Woodford and Four Roses are my go to options for mint juleps. They're so refreshing. The only problem is it seems like I can drink a gallon before I realize it.
