Hey USEyourCURDS, mind if I ask where you picked up that squat glass in your pic? I really like it.
It looks like a Denver & Liely Bourbon Glass.
I’ve been thinking about getting one of their Whiskey glasses.

I think Total Wine has some similar glasses

I did see that, I just wonder if they have weight to them. Not sure if they are crystal or what, I just glanced at them.

Hophead I’m glad to hear you liked the Lap10, the force is strong with this one!
Sourced juice is not a bad thing in my opinion. There are plenty of outstanding expressions out there. And there are plenty of companies that got off of the sourced juice for their own brew that I found to be a let down, smooth ambler is a recent stand out. Maybe they will get better with time but I suspect younger stuff will keep getting pumped out to capitalize on the bourbon boom
Thread is growing fast reminds me of the old days
Finished off a Martin’s makers and now having a regular makers. I just needed something fast on the bar while I’m made sandwiches

All this Michter’s talk got me thirsty.

I like that rye. Haven’t opened one in a hot minute.

Oh yeh. I wish someone had tipped me off when I was single. Holy shite.
Food and wines were great too. Amazing country, and that's a very good whiskey.

Papaogey - with some work and some luck you used to be able to find some extraordinary pours at Costco.
Unfortunately, this was about 4 years ago, and those days are long gone. I remember my wife being so pissed when I told her I spent $1k on booze... and my first thought was “HA, don’t care!” Lol

Israeli whiskey
Saw recently that Indian whiskey is the largest selling whiskey in the world, but we don’t get it here in the States. Yes you speak of Israeli, but it reminded me of this. I found that shite fascinating, and I’ve been wanting to get my hands on some ever since. My curiosity is peaked.
I travel to Italy in September, so I plan so seek some out while there.

There used to be some dusty american shite spread around there. Not sure if it's still there.
Where in italy?
