SBS Day is when we refresh our inventory, always falling on the first Wednesday in December at 12 p.m. E.T. It's the day when brands that are currently sold out are replenished, and your annual opportunity to visit one of Sazerac's world-class distilleries to hand pick your very own, one-of-a-kind barrel.

Our barrels range in age from a few months all the way up to 50 years old. As such, availability is limited as we wait for barrels to mature to their fullest potential. We are taking necessary steps to help increase supply and catch up with the demand, however, we have found no substitute for aging. As a result, each brand has a fixed number of barrels available. Barrels are expected to sell out immediately. And due to overwhelming demand, we limit one barrel per person. Once gone, they'll be sold out for the year.

If you'd like to visit the distillery as a part of your barrel pick experience, it's important to have dates in mind beforehand. However, while supply is extremely limited, you won't lose your place in line once an order is started, as you'll have 10 minutes to complete the ordering process. In other words, take your time when selecting your preferred dates.

Notes About the order window.

A limited number of barrels from each brand that are currently sold out on the website will be available to order on December 1st at 12pm EST.
At that time, members can place orders for those brands (schedule a visit to the distillery or have us select a barrel for you).
Each brand has a fixed number of barrels available. Once a brand hits its designated quota, it will be sold out for the year.
Barrels are expected to sell out very quickly.
You do not need to have a retail partner when ordering. If you can submit your order and secure a barrel, the next step you will need to take is to select a retailer to legally complete your purchase.

Do you have a licka license? I don't know if BT has a route to sell direct to a consumer or what that program is that you signed up for, but regardless of any of that the answer is yes. What ever it is...you say yes if you are able to go and pick out a barrel of any BT product.

Future availability for bourbon will be communicated to the members of Single Barrel Select. If you have not already signed up, please create an account at www.singlebarrelselect.com. See the attached ‘How It Works’ guide to learn more about the Single Barrel Select program and process all together. The selection day for the 2022 barrels will be December 1, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time. You have to be in your account ready to hit refresh at noon and hope that you are able to reserve a barrel. The barrels will show up available and then sold out almost immediately. Las years release sold out in less than two minutes.
