With all respect I’m not a fan of kluke..everyone has a different palate.. I also had a google alert for green river wheated winning some kind of world award.. man green river is bad mixer only but I even have a hard time drinking it like that..

Ha, I bought another Friday night. Picked it up Saturday morning and they had Col Taylor and Eagle Rare just on the shelf.

My buddy and myself have the complete opposite palate. He has a pour or 2 a couple times a week, if. I on the other hand tend to have a few every day, unless I’m working nights, not pouring it up at 4am
Buffalo trace is his sweet spot, I tend to lean toward more complex, higher proof pours. Some will say my palate is more mature than his, I just say he ain’t as drunk as I am

We had 2 from K Luke a couple weeks ago. I did not like either one. Love all things Green River though.

Haven’t had the Wheated, but Green River Full Proof is very good bang for your buck.

Sorry you feel that way but thank you for at least giving us a shot. We won Words Best Bourbon and the NY Spirits competition, essentially the Super Bowl for spirits. They include available and price in their voting too.
We’ve got a wheated full proof hitting the market next year too that’ll have more flavor if you ever want to give us another chance!

FPD I’ve heard good things
ETA Good sipper for $39. Good burnt caramel smell with hint of vanilla and some spearmint like rye spice. Palate pretty much goes with nose, decent spice kick but finish fades fairly quick. 114 is cheaper, but this is a touch more refined.

Thanks for the review. I've been meaning to buy a bottle.

Saw they had this at Oak Point today. Almost picked up a bottle, but I'm debating it and the 6 year JT meleck

Anyone get this one yet? I’m gun shy on a $95 bottle with no reviews.

I have been looking for a Weller 12 for a friend and dropped in to my favorite Chevron to see one available. Same store where I found my first 107.
