Getting ready to pour a little. Has a nice sweet note to it.

FPD
Interesting pour, mostly raisins and vanilla on the nose and finish, but the finish, after a few moments almost has a cooling effect. I need to figure out if that could be mint. I’m enjoying it.

The Cathedral French Oak is on my to get list, need to make the trip to Bardstown. The reviews I’ve seen give it high marks.

Good evening
My wife (no pics) wanted me to post what she likes to drink. She is a JD drinker likes old number 7, bonded, rye, single barrel barrel proof, and Sinatra.

Tell her try the rye barrel proof. I’ve got a 133p. Best rye I have on the shelf. I don’t know where you’re at, but Bayouside in Thibodaux has their store pick that I frequent. It stays in stock.

Just found Turkey 8 in Ellik. Based upon some other bottles that have still not gotten here, I thought it would be months before I found it.
