Very nice Unc. You and your buddy could sell those easily. Do you know the origins of the barrel?

most people say to store bourbon, in a dry cool place, but keeping it in the fridge won't hurt it. I think it's just a matter of preference.

Mother fricker. People like their bourbon on ice, keeping it cooled would help not melt ice as fast etc

its perfectly fine, all bourbons are "chilled" before being bottled anyway, its really a preference thing
if your a neat drinker then room temp is what you want
making a Manhat pull it out the fridge.
i still cant do it tho, just feels wrong

Where da lazy Suzan

The bottom is a lazy Suzan, baw. I'll post a video clip when I get home this evening.

A LS on middle and bottom shelf would be ideal but the glass looks so much better IMO

3hr, i thought all bourbons had to be chilled before being bottle because if not they will "flock" (get cloudy) if sent to a cold weather location?

not "chilled filtered" thats completely different
process i understand

always looking to learn something new about dem pours so thanks

I didn't like my bottle of Rebecca Creek first taste I got. Longer it has been open the more I like it. I think its worth a try if your into trying new ones
