So they're opening a wine shop in the lobby of my building and after seeing the fixtures being installed, I was hopeful they would also include liquor. Well, they've started stocking shelves and I see whiskey!

It stands for for Exploratory Cask Finish. Its a Willet bourbon, but I don't see it in your picture. I think the white tube is Laphroaig 12 (scotch).
