Can someone let me know what the dark water spreadsheet

Simple spreadsheet one of the trading sites keeps to update current market value. I can share a simple formula that you wont even need to see the sheet.
Pappy or van winkle products - find the retail price then x 8.
BTAC - find retail then x 3 except Thomas handy then x 2.
I just saved you a lot of time. your welcome

I've gone through a couple of bottles of it. But I prefer the No. 1. It makes an awesome old fashioned. Joeys has all of them I believe. The whiskey sour is interesting too, not necessarily good, just different.

Looking interesting. You use that for bitters in the old fashioned?

Bought a bottle of Ezra B over the holidays. Small batch. Really good bourbon, very neat.

The guy who sold it to me made it sound like it was hard to find, but that could have been b.s.

Also bought a bottle of Four Roses. Expensive, but that, too, was excellent.

Nice to break from my usual Maker's routine.

Any good bourbons released now through the summer or are most of the good ones released in the fall?

Yea, kind of NOLA. I use it more as my simple syrup and also back off on the amount of bitters I use. That being said, if I make an old fashioned and altering the taste of the good stuff I add a few things to it. Bittermilk, orange zest, regular bitters, orange bitters, Luxardo cherry all muddled. Then ice, rye and then stir the shite out of it.
That cask strength

There are two releases I'm looking forward to. Both part of the orphan barrels. For me I'm thinking the Forged Oak (February) will be be better than Lost prophet (any day now). But the orphan barrels are kind of divided in opinions on here.

Modernthirst.com has a review. And looks like retail is around $120. Forged oak will be cheaper.
