yea it should be... the "floral" characteristics of the F yeast is what makes me a bit warry

Where are you going in Houston? I have been able to find it at quite a few places between Sugar Land and Pearland. The had handles of it at Pearland Liquor off the south beltway just a week or 2 ago.

Just according to the first guy. The 2 subsequent ones that reviewed it seemed to like it. Tastes are always subjective anyway. I've got faith in Jim Rutledge to put out a good product.

I was wanting to know the game ending bottle, like your search stops there as in perfect combination of flavours. as if there was such a bottle to come out of the distillery.

I dont know how you could answer that... it's truely subjective. I mean if you are looking for a unicorn, i named one. if you could find that bottle it would cost you thousands of dollars

but people with other tastes may argue Saz18 and ER17 are the best... that question is impossible to answer
