That Booker's is really good stuff. I got a bottle of Four Roses Single Barrel last weekend. I like it but I think I prefer the Bookers.

Wasn't directed at you...or anyone in particular. Just know everyone don't like it and felt like messin around just happen to hit "reply" from your post. But to you for having such a nice big cabinet full of the goodness

You're one to talk with your stash of Pappy, BTAC and such. I'm quite jealous of your collection

I like it. I'm a fan of the bourbon/rye mixes because I feel they're very balanced and remind me of the 4 Roses stuff with the high rye mix. I like the Jefferson Chef Collaboration a bit better, but this one is still very good.

I was eyeing that Jefferson up today...that and the rye...but got another bookers instead. You had the Jefferson rye before...out of that and the chef what would you get?

Depends on how much you like ryes in general. I think the Jefferson rye is excellent and was one of my favorite ryes when I tasted several in one night. The Chef Collab is more of a well rounded overall whiskey and drinks more like a bourbon with some extra spice.
