Have y'all had the Jefferson collaboration? I just picked up a bottle at Alexander's to try tonight.

I could crush some Casamento's right now...you know your places!

If you get back uptown and enjoy Bulleit, Martin's on Magazine near Louisiana has it for $18.99...hard to pass that up for an everyday bottle.

I just got back to the Quarter... That's CHEAP for Bulleit though.

How does one go about getting a bottle of BTAC if they struck out everywhere they looked this year? I've stopped at every place in the area for the last few months trying to stumble on some, but no luck. Not sure how much I should pay for it anyway even if I did stumble on it in a store.

Trade for one or buy one on the secondary market. If you try to buy it on the secondary market, be prepared to pay at least $150-200. If you do find the scarce store that doesn't know enough about it for it to make it to the shelf, the retail would probably be $70-80.

Retail is between $75-$100 for btac. Secondary market varies some. Handy being the cheapest and usually WLW is the most expensive. This year it seems the sazerac is the most. $200 plus a bottle for both WLW and saz

Buy it on BX. Wont spend a penny less than $150. Before this past fall release I finished my last bottle of ER17 and I started poking around BX for one to hold me over and got quoted $200+ several times.

Sadly, unless your way out somewhere that doesnt get much traffic you arent going to find one in a store this late in the game. MAYBE a Handy but that's doubtful since it got real high reviews this year.

Bout to go home and put this aerator gadget through its paces! Gonna see what it all about from the get go and just pour some Stagg Jr through it. If it can make that smoother it's a winner.

Can I ask a question without getting lampooned? What is this BX? I like good scotches mostly but would like to dip my foot in the pool of fine whiskeys/bourbons. Please don't hit me
