I feel your pain as I'll be in the same boat as you. You practice in Baton Rouge?

Yes sir. Audits are the large part of our practice (tax credits, HUD insured loans, etc.). Absolutely dread this time of year! It was a good run though...averaged about 20 hours a week the last few months.

We have one for work and I use them personally too because of that. I don't envy them at all.

I bet it does...I'm looking forward to this ice balls, yeti 10oz'ers and some sazeracs and old fashinds

Have any of y'all made large batches of either and stored and poured over a period of time? I know some places barrel age them but I just want to mix up a bunch and pour at will like pmp.

Nice haul.

I've been lurking in this forum for the past few months as my bourbon obsession has grown from a hobby to a problem (according to the wife). Thanks to the board for all of the reviews/recommendations, I've learned more here than any blog or Facebook group.

I picked these up over Christmas in NOLA, with help from friends in Dallas and BR.

Nice haul. I too am starting to catch a little grief from the wife over my growing bourbon obsession. Doesn't help that her uncle works at Republic in Lafayette. He's a bad influence.

Meh. 16 bottles? Could do it in a month, easily.

Then 3 more months to recover from the depression of downing that much $$$
