Awhile back I was talking about how much I enjoyed the Willett rye 2yr and some other poster said it tasted like lighter fluid. The bottle I had was 110.8 proof and was one of the best ryes I haver ever tasted.
Since then I have had a 107 proof, 111.8 proof, and another 110.8 proof and none are as good as the first. And yes the 107 tasted like lighter fluid. So I have learned there is a huge variance in taste on these young ryes.
I know they are all from different barrels but it is crazy that a 2yr old rye could have this much variation.

The 3 year rye was released a few days ago FYI.

You're just looking to trade? Or would you take cash for any of those?

Trade only. I might consider trade and cash to me. I would definitely consider trade plus cash from me.

Not off the top of my head, they always keep 2 and they rotate which ones they are.

I'll go by tomorrow and make a list of all of the barrel picks and if anyone wants something I'll deliver it Thursday at cost.

Btw, from earlier I checked and my favorite barrel of EC12 was 6B.
