I didn't notice this at the time but got an email from Ezra's today, all high west bottles are 25% off. That makes the Double Rye $27 today. Or $35 normally. Our prices are a good amount more than that.
And yeah it's a barrel pick and that's causes it to be a premium, understand that. But is it really worth almost double what you can pay retail for it?

SBP picked a double rye finished in sweet vermouth barrels. I believe it's barrel proof.. Not certain though

Yeah I looked more at the DR and I see that the normal retail bottle doesn't seem to be finished or anything. Very good. I appreciate the help. Feel better about the purchase now.

Hopefully they're lining somerthing up for early 2016. I love barrel selects.. I haven't had a bad one yet.

Seriously, same here. I joined another barrel group like this one and it turned out to be a bust. Need something new and exciting on the barrel pick front.
Would love to get that Makers 46 or Basil Hayden's just announced one little while ago, that would be cool.
