Looking forward to the verdict. I picked up a Batch 1 last week (it came and went in one day) but it will be a while before I crack mine open. There are some Batch 2 around town this week, they seem to be sitting a bit longer.

From what I hear batch 2 is like chewing on an oak stave soaked in vinegar.
I only gave in and bought mine bc I heard Batch 1 is by FAR the most balanced and enjoyable and it was my last chance.
So strange how the 3 batches can all be so different. Would love to do a group blind tasting if enough of us got in on the 3 batches and could sample out.
I'm truly curious if it is a gimmick or if they differ that much.

I'm in Atlanta and my local haunt has 2 batch 1's left at 160 per. Hate that it's gone up already.
If someone wants to let me try that gawddamned ghost in machine beer (I'm a sucker for ipa's that pour like grapefruit juice

I read an online review that mentioned Batch 1 was the best so I was glad to find the one I did. It was the last one on the shelf but I'm kind of glad I didn't have the opportunity to by a second!
I was thinking I should do a side-by-side when I open mine. I'm sitting on a Calandro's KC pick from this spring so maybe those will get opened together along with a "standard" KC...
