I don't know if I should keep mixing my Weller 12 with antique to make po man's pappy or sell it. The po man mix is better than either the 12 or antique by themselves.

The 12 yr old is not living up to the hype for sure,I got it at retail, I definitely wouldn't pay secondary prices for it.
Haven't been able to find antique at a reasonable price to try to make pmp

Mixing water? Is that essentially filtered water to use when making an old fashion (assuming you use a splash of water to dilute your muddled sugar cube)?

It's basically the same water that the bourbon is made with. I add a few drops/splash to open it up a bit.
