Next year we should just all park at the mall and book a limo to bring us there. Split between all of us and only needing it for 3 or so hours for the safety meeting and raffle would be cheap as hell.

It's a joke that has been going on for years. The loop doesn't exist.
They keep doing very expensive studies on how a loop would improve BR traffic but nothing ever comes of it.
