Stupid? I’ve been drinking ER for years. Always paid $30-$35 for a 750. Now I can’t even find it. So yeah, I wouldn’t flinch at a barrel pick ER for $50. Don’t act like you don’t spend way to much money on whiskey already.

Zuppardos night...their ER pick, now their EC pick

Part of my “stupid” comment simply relates to charging $50 for the 750ml and $69 for the 1.75L. Clearly the math just doesn’t work, and when faced with the 2 choices I’m not picking the 750.
And yes ER is good, but I’m not sure that I’m spending $50 on a 750.

shite.. that was a great night. The host poured SW juice. The host was awesome.
I meant we need a big meet and greet like that night at Martin's. I could arrange a Martin's or Houmas House for a big TD tasting...or I am open to other locations to get max turn out. Maybe it could coincide with the MK blantons pick...just to give a good excuse to meet and drink. That night at Martin's was epic. Wickowick won the night. No doubt.

All I know is I walked in late, there were a handful of people there and what looked like 35 incredible bottles on the table. Everyone wanted me to taste everything they had already tried and we had a little over an hour before they were closing up. I remember walking out the door and that was it.
They tell me it was a great night.
