In Orlando taking the wife and tykes to the mouse house. Hit up the ACB store near our condo and found this. Been wanting to try for a long time. Neck pour tonight, and the initial sip was not worth the price. After a 10 minute sit it opened up nicely. Still not sure it’s worth the cost though. Will see how it goes the rest of the week.
They had a 15yr knob for same price. I was torn between the two, and I may have buyers remorse? Too early to judge though.

that is a nice bottle. If it was a 15y store pick, grab it, if it was their "new" 15 year series, the 12 is just as good.

Was a store pick he said. Was in the wooden case with glass slide, but I didn’t get to see if it truly was a store pick. I got the feeling he wasn’t sure what he was talking about.
The JM is a good pour, so I’m not complaining about it. I just don’t know if it’s worth 100, but in fairness it was a neck pour. I’m holding out on judgement

Man I caught the Corona earlier this month. Very fortunate to have had only very mild symptoms. The biggest thing was losing my sense of smell and taste. Weeks later, I’m totally fine with the exception that I can vaguely smell and taste some things. All of my bourbon taste like peppered water. It’s so disheartening. Can somewhat smell the bourbon but barely and it all smells weak. There is just no flavor there and it sucks. Really hope this doesn’t last much longer. Y’all enjoy your pours!!!
