Has anyone seen any Midwinter Nights Dram hit the shelves in the New Orleans / Jefferson area recently? It looks like it's starting to make it's way here. I'm seeing some close by states having it but haven't heard of anyone local having it yet. It's a seasonal release and now is usually the time it comes out.

It hit Georgia about 2-3 weeks ago, with lots of bottles at a lot of stores

Yeah that's one of the states I was referring to. Guess it's just a matter of time until it makes it here. A very unique flavor. I recently finished my bottle a few months ago and it is one I certainly want to replace.

Got lucky in KC today. Something told me to stop at this liquor store. Went in. Three guys looking at bourbon and whiskey and this was just sitting on the shelf. Haven't seen any here in about 2 years

Nice. It's crazy how area dictates what bottles you get. Yesterday I was at a Walmart and they had 5 bottles of McKenna on the shelf for $35 but anything Weller, with the exception of Special Reserve, is almost impossible to find on a shelf.

If any of you are looking for a good cube maker, just got this one and it works perfectly. Put it on your Christmas list.

On my Florida vacation this week, and a new liquor store opened up Wednesday. Stopped in to check it out, and they had one of these sitting up on the shelf all by itself. $33 later I have it in my cabinet.

Now I’m debating selling or sipping it. The anti-scalper in me is duking it out with the part of me that says I would never spend $120 on this. By not selling it’s essentially me spending that.

The anti scalper will win out though.

I sell the hell out of owa’s. Almost double my money. Cost $53.50, sell for $90/95.

But I also have an almost unlimited supply from Ohio. My sister picks up one a week and my cousin gets a case to two a week for me.

I had the same conundrum with a Weller's 12 I bought for 35. Finally traded it to a buddy for a Blanton's. But I had a 107 too and just opened it to end my procrastination. It's a decent bourbon but I wouldn't pay the going price these days for it.
