Has anyone ever tried the red Crown Royal XR?

My wife gave me a bottle 10 years ago for my birthday. I've taken it out of the box once just to see what the bottle looks like. Out of curiosity I Googled it the other day and it appears they are going for upwards of $1200. She bought it for $100.

1-2-3 PD Buffalo Trace splash of water. I can’t feel my left arm after running the chainsaw all day.

FWIW my secondary pricing is showing around 400-500 for the red, blue is much less.

As far as taste. Not sure. Not a crown fan

The old scout barrel proof ryes that you could buy 4-5 years ago were the absolute bomb.

What is a fair price for the Old Scout Rye Cask Strength? Cheapest I’ve seen online is around $100.
