A but pan sauteed, ditch the pasta and add more sauce.

B needs a litte bit larger piece of fish, more almonds, bok choy on the side and more sauce actually on the fish. I don't like my protein set atop the side dish. Bok choy will be soaking up the sauce.

Which one looks better? B.

Which one would I order? A, because I have a huge appetite.

Do you even Mandinas? Or I guess they have been doing it wrong all of these decades. Go ahead and tell them and see how that works out for you.

Nope. I don’t. I’m glad you think an Italian restaurant’s take on a French dish is THE WAY though.

Sorry, bro, but dumping a crap load of goopy pasta on that dish is a travesty. It’s cool that you like it though.

I’ve only seen it with fries there. They are delicious dipped in their brown butter menuiere.

The soft shell crab amandine is also delicious.

I never think of Mandina's as an "Italian" restaurant. The Italian offerings are few compared to the rest of the offerings, most of which are seafood.

They recently posted fresh soft shell crab. Consider it if you like it.

I agree with every bit of this. And could think of a hundred better sides than bok Choy
